Mission Yoga and Pilates is a private studio located in Mission BC. Set in a beautiful landscaped half acre, the studio is bright, spacious and well equipped. Certified teachers and small class sizes allow for a personalized approach to both Yoga and Pilates. We are the only studio in Mission offering Iyengar Yoga and STOTTPILATES Reformer and Matwork training.
